Become a Member

New ASCO | OSIG | UAG members

1. Create your (free) student member ASCO account to get your American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) ID #:

2. Upon obtaining your ASCO ID# from the ASCO website, then you can complete ASCO-OSIG-UAG Fall Registration form (down below), and will become "active" after paying ASCO-OSIG-UAG dues to our Treasurer (1 semester; 1 year; lifetime option); "active" status entitles you to our ASCO-OSIG-UAG ('chapter') benefits, discounts, voting privileges, etc.

3. Welcome! You will receive confirmation e-mail to your UAG student e-mail account confirming your student membership from our Secretary officer; verify your communication with your official UAG email every semester with us to maintain active membership status. As an extra ancillary mode of unofficial communication, you may also give us a cell ph# for events invitations on WhatsApp

Returning ASCO | OSIG Members

1. Welcome back Oncology subspecialty-Internal Medicine student scholars!!

​

2. Fill out the contact application form to register; you will need your ASCO ID number & pay dues to be "active" via PayPal/in-person on campus (pay your renewal dues if you only paid for 1 semester in the Fall; payment N/A for Lifetime members)  

​

3. You will receive an email to your student e-mail account confirming your official membership from us; verify your communication avenues (email) to maintain "active" membership status. While not serving as your official mode of contact communication, you may also feel free to provide your WhatsApp/cell ph # for events invitations as an ancillary method to keep abreast of updates.

Be on the lookout for Spring 2023 registration, or @ the student Fair Day at the beginning of the academic year on January 14, 2023.

If you miss registration (11 am-3 pm)-UNICO campus, pls contact our Treasurer officer via UAG e-mail, or if no reply is received from any officer pls send an email directly to any officer listed on the OUR OSIG TEAM webpage (Attn: Membership) or submit our 'contact us' FORM below w/your request and any pertinent details.
